Naxos IT needs you in order to work on projects following Agile methodology.

The candidate will also have to support and coach his project team(s) and/or other (potential) scrum masters helping them to integrate Agile approach and principles in their way of working.

Objectives of the job

• Playing the role of scrum master role for specific projects.
• Gives coaching and support (if needed) to other scrum master on other projects
• Facilitating his project(s) also aspects like discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Manages the human, relational aspects of his project(s). Ensures that the team is functional and productive.
• Encourages the team in its continuous improvement, pushes for collaboration, transparency and autonomy.
• Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
• Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example.
• Ensures products are delivered in terms of scope, definition, goals, cost, quality, time, while delivering planned business value.

Naxos IT recherche un(e) Scrum Master pour rejoindre une équipe en pleine expansion et participer activement à nos projets. Votre mission ? stimuler la collaboration et contribuer à créer des solutions innovantes à forte valeur pour nos clients.

Vos responsabilités

• • Assurer le rôle de Scrum Master pour un ou plusieurs projets.
  • Accompagner et coacher d’autres Scrum Masters lorsque cela s'avère nécessaire.
  • Garantir un environnement de travail collaboratif, productif et motivant.
  • Entretenir de bonnes relation et soutenir le Product Owner.
  • Vous soutenez l'équipe dans leur organisation Agile, vous contrôlez les principes Agile et faite faites office de facilitateur. Vous motivez l'équipe à s'organiser de façon autonome.
  • Vous suivez les sprints et accompagner activement l'équipe pour trouver des solutions aux problèmes rencontrés, qu'elles soient techniques, organisationnelles ou humaines afin des respecter les deadline 

Vos compétences

• • Excellentes capacités de communication.
  • Orientation client et sens de la solution.
  • Très bonne organisation et capacité à maintenir une vue d’ensemble (« helicopter view »).
  • Esprit d’équipe.
  • Capacité d'analyse et de compréhension d'un système complexe
